A lot of people complain about the “system”, be it the legal, judicial or political, how it’s designed or arbitrarily controlled by people who have the desire or who profit from causing us harm and cheating us out of our rights. We’re not going to discuss the validity or not of these conspiracy theories, as it’s well known that there are corrupt and evil people in all walks of life, and choosing or not to see it as an organized conspiracy is up to an individual choice. 

What we are going to discuss is the legal grounds and some tools that are at your disposal and that will allow you to, in a word, beat said system.

The number one tool is, without a doubt, the no win no fee legal system. It’s long been said that the “criminals” and “crooks” that have a lot of money can afford good legal counseling and, therefore, get away with foul play. Nowadays, us, the ordinary people, can also start lawsuits without having to worry about money. No win no fee, like the name shows, means that if you don’t win, you don’t have to pay while, if you do win, the lawyer will take a percentage of the winnings as his fees.
